DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

Nouriva exclusively sells digital products. No physical items are shipped, mailed or delivered to any address. All products are delivered electronically via instant digital download.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive your digital product immediately through two methods:

  1. A download link on your order confirmation page displayed right after checkout.
  2. A download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

You can download your files instantly from either location. All files are delivered in PDF format and are compatible with any device including phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery is instant. You should be able to access and download your digital product within minutes of completing your purchase. There are no wait times, no processing delays and no shipping carriers involved.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder in your email inbox.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  3. Try logging into your account on our website to access your order history and download links.

If you are still unable to access your product after trying the above steps, please contact us and we will resend your download link promptly.

FILE ACCESS

Your download link will remain active and accessible through your order confirmation email and your account on our website. We recommend downloading and saving your files to your device immediately after purchase for safekeeping.

PRINTING

All of our digital products are designed to be printable. You may print any of the pages for your personal use at home or at a local print shop. We recommend using standard letter size paper for best results.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING COSTS

Because all products are digital downloads, there are no shipping fees, handling charges, customs fees or import taxes applied to any order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

Our digital products are available worldwide. No matter where you are located, you can purchase and download your product instantly. There are no geographic restrictions on digital delivery.
