When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nouriva reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Nouriva confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

All digital products are delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment. You will receive your download link via email and on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to download and save your files after purchase.

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact us at the email listed at the bottom of this page.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy outlined below.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file or download error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Refund requests based on a change of mind or failure to read the product description before purchasing may not be honored at our discretion.
